Book Showing All The Sections Of The Companies Act, 2013

In this post you will find all the various important sections in Company Law for IPCC students of May 2016 and onwards. This is of course in relation to the Companies Act, 2013. Forgive me for the poor formatting as I cannot help it. I simply do not have enough time right now to make this brief revision look cool and attractive (because I am also giving IPCC exam this time) :D :D :D . Having said that, I do believe it is readable and looks reasonably systematic. Anyways, enough of this. Go ahead and have a read.

Woman Happy After Reading Sections Of The Companies Act 2013

Well, that is all. Please note that it is your duty to check whether all these sections of the Companies Act, 2013 are 100% correct or not. Also, you must check whether these sections are relevant to your examination or not. I am not liable to any losses suffered by any person relying on these notes. I do not claim to have created this quick revision table containing all the important sections of the Companies Act, 2013 for IPCC students. I am simply sharing with you guys to help you out.

I would urge the students of IPCC to take a print of this post and stick it somewhere in your room (or any other place where you study) and have a glance at it every day. This will help you remember all these sections easily. Doing so is important because to score in Law subject, one must score very very good marks in Company Law and it is easy as well! And if you do not want to do this, at least bookmark this page and visit this page regularly to revise these sections.

Is it updated for IPCC Nov 2016 Exam? And what about Contract and others?

    1. Adarsh Mehta Post author

There aren’t many changes in Company Law since May 2016. So I think almost all of them should be correct. However, I would urge you to check them all one by one as you learn them, just to be sure.

And I am sorry, brother, but I do not have any other compiled list of sections for other Acts. You will have to learn them by yourself or find it someplace else.

All the Best of Luck for your exams!

      Thank you.

  2. Deepthi

You must change the website’s subject name i.e All Important Sections Revision. In CA all topics are important.

    1. Adarsh Mehta Post author

I agree with you Deepthi, that in CA, all topics are important. But in this post, I have shared with you guys ALL the sections of Company Law (I don’t think I missed any) relevant to IPCC exam. What I meant to say is that all these sections are important (and must not be skipped). I did not mean to say that one section is more important than the other. IMPORTANT as in IMPORTANT from the point of view of IPCC examinations, not IMPORTANT as in so IMPORTANT that other things must not be done properly / skipped.

But, if you still think I should remove the keyword “important” from the title of this blog post, please let me know and I will do it! :)

Also, if you have any other suggestions on how to improve this post, I would be glad to hear them.

      Thank you.
